Seattle’s waterfront revitalization

There are many similar parallels between Toronto's and Seattle's waterfront revitalization projects. The only real difference is that their waterfront doesn't seem to be tied-up in perpetual red tape. Seattle is taking a former industrial port and turning it into a vibrant green space.
