So the guy who the AGCO and Adam Vaughan have been hounding has contributed to Toronto being a world class city.

While the list of winners seems almost entirely US-centric so the degree of "world-class uptick" can be debated, we should be "glad to be happy" that Gatien stuck it out and that the fun police have once again struck out.
