WHAT: Suburban Critical Mass
WHEN: Sunday at 3 - rain or shine!
WHERE: meet at Yonge and Eglinton

This will be the last Sunday 'Suburban' Critical Mass ride. From here on in Suburban Critical Mass will ride on the second Friday of each month.

Now let's not push it, the suburbs definitely don't start until you hit Steeles.

What are you talking about? Much of North York below Steeles is suburban.

Anything north of Eglinton is rather suburban for cyclists as the roads become wide and speeding more excessive.

I grew up in 'downtown' North York and my youthful long-haul biking experiences were riding north on Bayview or Yonge into Richmond Hill. In hindsight, I don't know how I survived without being run down by trucks etc, but its all I knew. I actually find downtown riding a breeze in comparison.

Sounds like its all urban to me.
