Mayor to hold press conference about strike

Earlier today, Mayor Miller sent out a press release saying even though the City's outside workers had agreed to a deal he wouldn't be talking to the media until both sides had reached a deal. Around 2:30pm today, a press release landed in our inbox announcing a press conference this afternoon with the mayor and City Manager Joe Pennachetti. The mayor also Tweeted "Press conference @ 330 re labour disruption. Good news. Tune into CP24 for live coverage."
So it's easy to put two and two together and assume a deal with the inside workers has been reached.
